Cancellation Policy

• If for any reason you need to cancel 30+ days from your booking you will be eligible for a refund for any money paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.

• If for any reason you need to cancel 14-7 days from your booking you will be eligible for a 50% refund for any money paid.

• If for any reason you need to cancel 6 or less days from your booking you will no longer be eligible for any refund.

PLEASE NOTE, FOR BOUNCY CASTLES ONLY, THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY IF POSTPONED OR CANCELLED DUE TO HEAVY RAIN OR HIGH WINDS.  ​​

 

In the event of extreme weather, we won't cancel your bouncy castle hire until the morning of your booking and, will either postpone to another day that suits or offer you a refund.
