Please note that drop-off times may vary between 8 am and 10 am depending on the day's deliveries. If you need a specific delivery time, kindly inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Your castle rental includes a minimum of 6 hours, starting at 10 am, even if the castle arrives at 8 am.
Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled the deposit will be lost unless you've booked a bouncy castle and heavy rain or high winds are the cause of cancellation the morning of your booking.
